We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through our checkout. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Yes — every single Mulenga piece is entirely unique. No two works are ever the same. Once a piece is sold, it is gone. If you have your eye on something, we recommend purchasing promptly. If you miss a piece you loved, a commission may be an option.

Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provide at checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes. If you have any concerns, feel free to get in touch.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Canada and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Canadian orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. International orders may take 2–4 weeks depending on your location and customs processing. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use protective materials and take great care in wrapping your artwork. Sustainability is important to us, so we aim to minimise unnecessary packaging wherever possible.

Returns & Refunds

Because each piece is one of a kind and made with significant care, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your piece arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to make it right. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
We're so sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the damage and the packaging. We will review your case promptly and do our best to resolve the situation.

Commissions

Yes! Commissions are a wonderful way to get something made especially for you or a loved one. You can sign up and share your ideas via the Commissions page. Shula will be in touch to discuss your vision, timeline, and pricing.
Commission timelines vary depending on the complexity and size of the piece, as well as current availability. As a general guide, commissions take between 4–12 weeks from the time of agreement. A full timeline will be confirmed before any work begins.
Pricing is based on the size, complexity, and materials involved. After you reach out with your ideas, Shula will provide a personalised quote. A deposit is typically required to begin work, with the balance due upon completion.

Caring for Your Piece

To keep your piece looking its best, avoid direct sunlight which can fade fibres over time. Keep it away from moisture and humidity. If dust accumulates, gently brush with a soft, dry cloth or use a low-power vacuum on the lowest setting with a protective screen. Do not wet clean unless specifically advised.
Most Mulenga pieces come ready to hang or display. We recommend a spot away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and high-humidity areas like bathrooms. If you have any questions about displaying a specific piece, don't hesitate to reach out.

Workshops

Shula regularly offers hands-on fibre and textile art workshops in Winnipeg, covering techniques such as embroidery, felting, and punch needle. Workshops are suitable for all skill levels — no experience necessary! Browse upcoming workshops here.
Yes! Private and group workshop bookings are available for special occasions, team events, or gatherings. Please get in touch with your group size, preferred date, and any techniques you're interested in, and Shula will be happy to discuss options.
Yes, all materials are provided as part of the workshop fee unless otherwise stated. You'll leave with your finished piece and new skills to continue practising at home.
